Leah will go over a full health history, discuss your main health concern, your personal goals, lifestyle and preferences.
Session #2
Leah will provide a personalized plan delivery including information, support and a sample 3 day menu plan.
Follow-ups - $100.00 + HST
A one hour long appointment that can be added to initial consultation. When considering long term team work it is best to consider packages to save money!
Hour long appointment can be either a personal 1:1 meeting or used for a grocery store tour where Leah will provide tips targeting your specific goals to make the best of your shop.
