Leah is a professional Registered Holistic Nutritionist (RHN), passionate about digestion, nutrient dense foods, beauty and mental health. Based out of Ontario, Canada Leah offers a variety of services. Nutrition First is here to help people with digestion issues, identify food sensitivities, get to the bottom of skin imbalances and improve nutrition habits through custom meal plans. With a background in esthetics and skin care Leah can provide experienced advice for any skin conditions needing to be addressed. With each service she offers, compassion, individual attention with a focus on mental health and your personal relationship with food.
